Key Responsibilities
The In-Room Dining Attendant will be responsible for:
- Delivering food and beverage orders promptly to guest rooms.
- Setting up trays and tables professionally according to hotel standards.
- Explaining menu items and responding to guest inquiries courteously.
- Ensuring order accuracy before delivery.
- Handling billing procedures and processing payments if required.
- Collecting used trays and maintaining cleanliness in guest corridors.
- Coordinating with the kitchen and restaurant team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintaining hygiene, grooming, and uniform standards.
- Reporting guest feedback and service issues to supervisors.

Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or hotel operations preferred.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
