Key Responsibilities
Housekeepers at Marriott International are responsible for:
- Cleaning guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing amenities.

- Handling laundry, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding linens when required.
- Safely using cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment according to Marriott standards.
- Reporting maintenance issues, safety hazards, or damages to supervisors promptly.
- Assisting with deep-cleaning projects, seasonal tasks, or special events.
- Supporting team members and maintaining smooth operations in coordination with supervisors.
- Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and bending.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety protocols.
- Professional attitude, reliability, and punctuality.
- Effective communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
