In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for creating compelling marketing copy while managing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms. The position requires both creativity and data-driven decision-making to maximize campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
Key Responsibilities
Copywriting Duties:
- Write persuasive and engaging copy for ads, landing pages, emails, and social media campaigns.
- Develop clear brand messaging aligned with marketing objectives.
- Create high-converting headlines, product descriptions, and promotional content.
- Conduct audience research to tailor content for target markets.
- Optimize copy for SEO and digital advertising performance.
- Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to produce cohesive campaigns.
Media Buying Duties:
- Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad effectiveness.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Analyze data and generate performance reports.
- Adjust targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize results.
Requirements
- Proven experience in copywriting and digital media buying.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data.
- Excellent written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of SEO and conversion optimization is a plus.
