Key Responsibilities
The Production Packer will be responsible for:
- Packing finished products into boxes or containers according to specifications
- Inspecting products for defects or damage before packaging
- Labeling packages accurately for shipping and storage
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Following safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assisting machine operators and production staff when needed
- Monitoring packing materials and reporting shortages
- Meeting daily production and packaging targets
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in manufacturing, packing, or warehouse work is an advantage
- Ability to stand for long hours and perform repetitive tasks
- Good attention to detail and quality control
- Basic communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
- Physical ability to lift and move materials when required
